The Dracula Killer has Soft Garlic Bread served with Garlic cooked in Olive Oil and Anchovies. Oh lalala…. This one was so yummy. The garlic bread was crunchy then spread it with garlic, olive oil, anchovies plus melted cheese…delish! Its a killer indeed! The Fresh Spinach Salad has Fresh Spinach with Fried Garlic & Bacon Slices with Aromatic Balsamic Dressing. The spinach is similar to lettuce but a bit bitter. It really goes well with the sweetness & tanginess of the balsamic vinegar. The bacon add a bit salty flavor & meaty texture. Ofcourse the fried garlic, its crunchy & has a strong garlic flavor. The Dancing Salsa Rice with Steak has Garlic Rice served with Wine-Marinated Beef, topped with Fresh Bean Sprout & Fried Egg. Its like our “Tapsilog”. The beef was tender, a bit sweet, cooked perfectly and then add some jalapeno to have that spicy kick…yumyum! Its dancing salsa because when you mix it, you can see how they dance in the hot plate and really hear that sizzle beat. The Triple Garlic Pasta is a Spicy Pasta served with Fresh Mussel, Shrimp, Cuttle Fish and Garlic Sprout. Well, some of you know that i like spicy food. This one…oh so spicy! The pasta was al dente. The seafood was not tough. A perfect pasta for me.
