The Pancit Kabila (special version) has Crispy Bagnet, Beef, Bok Choy, Carrots, Sayote, Lucban Noodles served with Peppered Sinamak. This Noodle dish is the Pancit Hab Hab or the Pancit Miki Guisado version of Lucban, Quezon. Its delicious! The Bok Choy and Carrots makes the dish a bit sweet. The Sayote (Chayote) add a nutty flavor to the noodles. The Bagnet has a crunchy texture and the beef makes it more tasty. Ofcourse the Sinamak…is Iloilo’s version of spiced vinegar. It makes the noodles more flavorful, add a bit spicy & sour taste to the noodles. Yum! The Impossible cake…well, the name of this cake is really impossible. The top of the cake is Leche Flan (Creme Caramel) and the bottom is Chocolate Cake. This is really scrumptious. Its not that sweet, moist, soft, creamy and so delish! The Pili Nuts make it more rich & add a buttery flavor, crisp tender texture & delicate sweetness to the cake. By the way, Pili Nut is an indigenous nut found in Bicol Region, Philippines. Lastly, the Mango + Ube Sticky Rice. Oh my, so yummy! It has the right amount of sweetness. The mango add a sour taste and really blends well with the sweetness of the sticky rice. The ube (purple yam) add a velvety and creamy texture. It has Pinipig…an immature glutinous rice that is harvested and pounded. It looks like light green flakes. It add a crisp texture and make you want to eat more.
