The Portobello Mushroom Duxelles has Fresh portobello mushrooms, Truffle oil and Crostinis. The portobello mushrooms has a rich strong flavor, very earthy and a meaty texture. The truffle oil make the dish more fragant. Its perfect with the crispy texture of the crostini. The Watermelon & Feta Roquette has arugula, watermelon, feta, walnuts & balsamic vinaigrette. The arugula has rich peppery taste, fresh & crisp really goes well with the freshness of the watermelon and the sweet tart flavor of the balsamic vinaigrette. The feta cheese add a tangy flavor, mild sour, slightly salty, a bit sweet & peppery taste. The walnuts gives a crunch & buttery-roasty flavor to the salad. The Four Cheese Sourdough Pizza has cream sauce, mozzarella, fontina, gorgonzola and goat cheese. Its a home made sourdough crust and baked on brick. I like this pizza. The sourdough has a tangy flavor & a french bread texture. The combination of the four cheese was so good. The mozzarella has a delicate flavor, sweet, soft and has an elastic texture. The fontina has a nutty flavor, rich and creamy. The gorgonzola add a pungent flavor, mild taste & creamy as well. The goat cheese add a tangy and salty flavor to the pizza. The cream sauce makes it more rich & buttery.
