The Gorgonzola & Mushroom has lettuce, 1/3 char grilled Certified Angus Beef topped with cheese, sauteed oysters mushrooms & gorgonzola dressing on an Oatmeal Bun. The oyster mushrooms add a mild flavor & velvety texture. It really goes well with the patty & gorgonzola dressing. The gorgonzola is slightly salty & makes the burger creamy. The Green Chile & Sour Cream has lettuce, 1/3 char grilled Certified Angus Beef topped with cheese, pickled green chile & sour cream on an Oatmeal Bun. This burger is good. The pickled green chile makes the burger spicy. The sour cream is slightly sour, rich & perfect with the green chile. For both burgers, the angus beef patty is juicy, tender & blends well with the hearty Oatmeal Buns. The Homemade Bacon Dippers with Cheese Sauce is sinfully good. Its crisp & not that salty. The cheese sauce is smooth, creamy & makes the bacon more flavorful. The NY Buffalo Wings a fried chicken wings coated with your favorite sauce. We chose the Chili & Lime (one of their signature series) Bantam Weight Size. Its delightful, a bit tart & spicy. But if you want it spicy order their Classic Series. | The ambiance looks like a shipping container but spacious. Their post-it wall is very clever. Customers can write how satisfied they are about the burgers or just write a shoutout. It is not only a burger joint but they also allow you to play their available board games with your family or friends. A great idea for bonding moments. For burger lovers..if single patty is not enough you can double up the patty & toppings. But if you are game for their Striker’s Challenge..a Triple Patty Striker’s Burger+Sharing Size Fries+Iced Tea. Then finished it within 5 minutes. You’ll get a Burger Company T-Shirt & a certificate.
