The Carne Asada Wrap is a charcoal grilled beef sirloin with sauteed onions, roasted bell peppers wrapped in soft flour tortilla. This one tastes good. Its overflowing with beef, very flavorful and when you add the chipotle sauce…oh wow! It gives a smoky flavor & mild earthy spicy taste. The onion & bell peppers make it a little sweet. The Puerco Asado is a slow-roasted Pork Belly with crunchy skin, tajadas, rice & beans with chimichurri sauce. The Pork belly was soft, plump, really melts in your mouth & very tasty. Then dip it in the chimichurri sauce makes it sweet & tangy.
