The Mushroom Spring Roll has organic/naturally produce shitake mushroom, herbs & greens with lime hoisin sauce. I like this one. The vegetables were fresh & crisp. The shitake mushroom add a smoky flavor and meaty texture to the spring roll. The sauce makes it tangy, salty, spicy & sweet. The Roast Chicken has organic half chicken, baby potatoes & french beans. The chicken is tender & a bit juicy. Its has rosemary thats why its more flavorful & aromatic. The baby potatoes makes the dish more tasty & the french beans add a sweet flavor & crisp texture. The beef kebab has tzatziki, grilled vegetable & organic ifugao rice pilaf. The beef is not tough perfectly cooked, very tasty & definitely satisfied my tastebuds. The Tzatziki is a Greek appetizer also used as a sauce. It is made of yogurt mixed with cucumbers, garlic, salt, olive oil and sometimes lemon juice and dill, mint or parsley. This is always served cold. Its very refreshing and a perfect partner for the kebabs. The Grilled vegetables add a distinct flavor and add a different texture to this dish. The Ifuago rice is purely natural and very yummy. For dessert, the Goat’s Cheese-Frozen Cheese Cake has goat’s cheese ice cream, wild honey, dried figs & cashew nuts. Its very creamy, sweet & tangy. The wild honey add more sweetness to the ice cream. The dried figs has a bit smoky flavor, very savory, sweet & tangy at the same time. The cashew nuts gives a crunch into it and add a slightly salt flavor to the dessert.
