The Volcanic Wings is a Blue Cheese stuffed Boneless Buffalo Wings. This is absolutely amazing. Its crunchy in the outside, tender & flavorful in the inside. Its tangy & a bit spicy. The stuffed blue cheese makes it more savory. The Italian Beef is a French roll sandwich with Roast Beef & Griddled Sweet Peppers. Served with Giardiniera, Au Jus & Homemade Potato Chips. The roast beef is succulent & simply cooked to perfection. The french roll add a crisp crust, light & chewy texture. The sweet peppers add a smoky & pleasantly sweet flavor. The potato chips is splendid & crunchy. The Truffled Grilled Cheese has 4 Cheese & Truffle Paste. Served with Honey, Homemade Potato Chips & Tomato Soup. Truly a comfort food. Its delectable then put some honey to make it sweet & taste like french toast. Yum! You can also dip it on the Tomato soup to add a slightly sour taste. A great partner indeed! Lastly, the Spiced Doughnuts is a coated doughnuts with Ganache+Caramel sauce & Peanut Butter+Jelly. They used sour dough for their doughnuts & put some lemon zest. It taste sour & bitter so you really have to dip it in their sauce. For me, the taste is just ok. | They serve unique sandwiches with a classic taste. Their sandwiches are large & tasty. It is not only a Sandwich Shop but a Bar as well. They offer some bar chow & pair it with their alcoholic drinks. You can pair it with their sandwiches too.
