The Bowery

The Bowery. NYC Comfort Food. | MOC’s Sweet Chile Beaner. Classic Mac and Cheese. House Burger. Death By Chocolate Cake. | The group behind Borough, Nolita & LES Bagels that aims a higher version of comfort food. The MOC’s Sweet Chile Beaner has Arugula, Spinach, Roasted Peppers, Avocado, Black Beans, Parmesan Cheese, Sweet Chile Vinaigrette & Cilantro. I really like this salad. The arugula & spinach gives a nutty & peppery taste. The roasted peppers add a smoky flavor. The avocado add a smooth & creamy texture. It would be great if they add more avocado. The black beans gives a meaty texture. The parmesan makes it more rich. The vinaigrette is a bit spicy, sweet & satisfyingly flavorful. The Classic Mac and Cheese has Yellow Cheddar, Gouda & Gruyere. Its rich, creamy, a bit salty, nutty in flavor & really melts in your mouth. The cheesy crust on top really adds a crunchy texture. A piece of bread would be nice to balance all the flavors. The House Burger a 6 oz. house blend 100% Angus all beef patty, lettuce, tomato, red onion & an add on of blue cheese on a Brioche Bun. Served with Sweet Potato Fries. The patty is good. Its tender & a bit juicy. The brioche bun add a buttery taste to the patty. The blue cheese makes the burger way too salty. The yellow cheddar or mozzarella is a great choice if you want cheese on your burger. The sweet potato fries is superb & not your usual french fries. For dessert, the Death By Chocolate Cake a layering of 7 distinct Chocolate components with Chocolate Creme Anglaise & Cocoa Nibs. Its silky smooth, rich, chocolaty, bittersweet & sinfully luscious. | A small resto that serves fine New York comfort food. The floor to ceiling windows really gives the place a natural light & cozy ambiance with a view of Mind Museum & streets outside. A nice place to chill with your friends or have a bonding moment with your family with good food that you’ll adore. | Located at Forbeswood Heights, Burgos Circle, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
