Perfect Pint

The Perfect Pint. Craft Beer•Fine Food. | Heap of Fresh Bacon with House Pickles. Oyters Two Ways. Crispy Kapal Muks with Black Pepper Rice. Crispy Banana Pouches with Chocolate Ginger Beer Sauce. Beer Sampler. | “Good People drink Good Beer.” The Heap of Fresh Bacon is a huge pile of homemade fresh crisp bacon. Served with their house pickles. A nice pulutan indeed! Its crisp, rich & fattening. Then dip it to their spicy sauce..oh lala..once you pop you cant stop. The house pickles really cleanse your palate & helps get rid of the umay factor. It is best paired with G-Point Wilde Ride IPA beer. The Oyster Two Ways a cheesy baked bechamel topping & cool cocktail sauce with beer reduction. Both oysters are good but i like the cheesy bechamel more. It has a mild flavor. The bechamel really goes well with the oyster. The Crispy Kapal Muks is a perfect pint specialty of crispy pork mascara. Served with Black Pepper Rice. Its crunchy & tasty. The black pepper rice add more flavor which is so good. For dessert, the Crispy Banana Pouches with Chocolate Ginger Beer Sauce. Its like Turon (Banana Fritter) actually. But the sauce..its luscious, a bit gingery, chocolaty & taste like coco jam. Yum! The Beer Sampler: GPointe Pirate is a British style IPA, fruity in character, happy yet refreshing. Pivo Praha Weizen is light bodied & refreshing with a delightful aroma & taste of ripe banana, a touch of vanilla & sweet malted wheat. Katipunan Indio Pale Ale a fine balance of malty sweetness, citrus notes & a slight bitter kick to finish. An ideal getaway to craftbeers. Lastly the Pivo Praha Dark Lager..this one i like..a pure malt beer with a unique taste of hops, caramel and roasted malt. | The ambiance is nice. It has a contemporary & industrial interior. The handpainted on the walls really heightened the customers beer pub experience. It is different from other gastropub. They serve locally made craft beers & paired it with Filipino Food designed by Chef Gene Gonzales. At Perfect Pint you can really “Savor the Flavor.” Cheers! | Located at Second Floor, Crossroads Building, 32nd Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
