Tamarind. Taste of Thai. | Fresh Vegetarian Springrolls (Poh pia sod). Red Curry with Fish Fillet (Kaeng ped pladuk). Sate Chicken. Tapioca Pudding in Pandan Cups (Tako). | A simple comfort Thai food. The springrolls taste good and the vegetables are fresh. These make a great healthy appetizer. The Red Curry with Fish Fillet taste delectable & a bit spicy. They use Milkfish (bangus) thats why its tasty & one of my favorite fish. The vegetables in this dish are fresh & add more flavor. By the way, Red Curry means “Spicy Curry” in Thailand. Satay or Sate is a dish of seasoned, skewered and grilled meat served with sauce. The Sate Chicken tastes amazing & very spicy. It has a peanut sauce thats why its so yummy. The dessert.. Tapioca Pudding is similar to sago pudding. Its sweet made with tapioca and either cream or milk. Sometimes it has coconut milk. Tapioca is the starch of cassava root. Thats why its soft & it gives the tapioca a unique creamy texture. I really enjoyed this dessert. Yumyum!
