It has Prosciutto Ham, Brie, Semi-dried Roma Tomatoes & a dollop of Roasted Garlic Mousse. | The Pizzas were good. Its fluffy, chewy & fully loaded on toppings. If you like prawns & crab like me…C1 Pizza is for us. The Pernod gives an anise flavor. The Fennel makes it aromatic & flavorful. The Cheese Pizza was simple but yummy. The C2 Pizza was absolutely amazing. The prosciutto add a slightly salty taste. The brie makes it creamy & buttery. The roma tomatoes add a slightly sour taste. It is perfect as a tomato sauce that prevents the pie soggy. | What i like about their pizza is that, its not oily, delightful, full of toppings & they use fresh ingredients. Its a 12″ pizza & are divided into 12 slices. Its an open kitchen so you can see how they prepare your pizza fresh everyday. By the way, the C1 & C2 pizza costs P1,299 each and the Cheese pizza P399.
