The Stella Salad has Butter Lettuce, Crispy Bacon, Sundried Tomato Bits, Candied Rosemary Pistachios, Buttermilk-Chive Ranch Dressing & Malagos Pecorino. The lettuce has crisp firm texture, fresh & a bit sweet. It really goes well with the dressing which is creamy & tangy. The sundried tomatoes add a sour taste & chewy texture. The candied rosemary pistachios add a sweetness flavor & crunchy texture to the salad. The pecorino makes it more buttery, nutty & creamy. Ofcourse the bacon.. It add a meaty-crunchy texture & smoky flavor. The Stella’s Porchetta is a Pork Belly Roll Stuffed with Double Smoked Bacon, Fennel & Herbs served with Warm Rosemary Sultana Sauce. The meat was soft & very flavorful. The bacon add a sweet & salty flavor to the belly. The skin was crunchy. The sauce was sweet & rich which is perfect for the pork belly. The Crispy Anchovy Pistachio Crusted NZ Lamb Ribs it has Roasted Lemon & Garlic Confit with “Gribiche” sauce. The meat was tender, tasty & the anchovy pistachio crust on top add a crunchy texture and add a distinct flavor to the lamb. Then put some sauce on it to make it more tangy. Sauce Gribiche is similar to tartar sauce. For dessert…. Stella’s Wood Fired Chocolate Almond Cookie Dough. It has Salted Caramel, Rosemary Pistachios and topped with Mantecado Ice Cream. Yummy! The cookie dough was soft & chewy. The pistachios add a crunch into it and the salted caramel add a sweet creamy taste. The ice cream balances out all the flavors of the dessert. Lastly, Drunken Seasonal Fresh Fruits… A Mango Infused Tequila, Fresh Lime, Sugar & Cilantro. It has smooth flavor, orange-sweet taste and refreshing because of the fruits. The cilantro add nutty & citrus like flavor to the dessert. Oh! The tequila with fruits..absolute perfection! | What i like about Stella is that they used wood fire to cook their dishes. Its savory and really brings out all the flavor of every ingredient.
