Banana Tsokolate Turon. | Its all about the Sarsa! The Lechon Baka was tender, a bit juicy & tasty. The Aoli sauce really brings out the flavor of the beef. The Chicken Intestines was so savory, sweet & has a smoky flavor. The calamansi really woke up the flavors. The Thin Cut Liempo is served with Native Coffee & Burong Vinegar. The meat was soft & has a charcoal-grilled taste. The sauces really compliments the belly. The native coffee makes it sweet & add a bitter taste. The Burong (pickled) Vinegar add a tart & sour flavor to the belly. The Roasted Kalabasa has Chili Garlic & Crispy Dilis. The squash was sweet & nutty in flavor. The crispy anchovies add a salty & spicy taste to the vegetable. The beans was fresh, sweet & add a crunch to the dish. The tofu add a soft-meaty texture. The chili garlic add a full body flavor that makes you want more. For dessert, the Banana Tsokolate Turon… Its crunchy in the outside but soft, sweet & starchy on the inside. The jackfruit add a subtle flavor, sweet & chewy texture. The sauce, you think its caramel/chocolate but its not. Its Peanut Butter Sauce! The sauce add a nutty flavor & really balances out the sweetness of the banana & jackfruit. | Sarsa is a Filipino word which means Sauce. It is usually served with food to make it taste better. They offer Filipino Food which are familiar. But they add new signature sauces to make it more exciting & flavorful.
