The Refinery Benedict has Poached Eggs, Prosciutto, Arugula and Hollandaise on English Muffin with Side Salad. The eggs gives a rich & creamy taste. The prosciutto makes it salty. The arugula add a peppery & slightly bitter taste. Then add some hollandaise sauce for that lemony flavor. The english muffin makes it sweet & savory. The Shirred Truffled Eggs has 2 egg yolks, Truffle oil, Fontina & Mozzarella on Thick Toast with Side Salad. The eggs add a creamy & velvety texture. It helps the thick toast moist & tasty. The truffle oil makes it flavorful & aromatic. The fontina cheese was pungent & add an intense earthy flavor. The mozzarella gives a sweet & delicate taste to the dish. For dessert, The Bliss Tiramisu has 2 shots of bliss espresso with Grand Marinier, whipped cream & cacao powder. It has an intense sweet flavor with a caramel-chocolaty taste. The cocoa powder add a bitter flavor. The Grand Marinier is an orange-flavored cognac liqueur & i think it acts as a lady finger substitute. The whipped cream balances the sweet & bitter flavor of the dessert. Its not your typical soggy sponge sweet like mousse cake. Its Tiramisu Coffee. Lets talk about the drinks.. The Iced Salted Caramel Latte is an Espresso poured over house-made caramel and textured milk topped with sea salt. The chocolaty-nutty taste of espresso really goes well with the buttery taste of the caramel. Its salty & slightly sweet in taste. The Crimson Berry Iced Tea is a fruity blend of Elderberries, Cranberries, Hibiscus, Rooibus, Rosehips & natural flavoring. Its a caffeine free blend with an aroma of fresh cherries & raspberries.
