The Chilean Black Mussels in Tomato & Basil served with Sourdough Bread. The mussels were perfectly cooked. The tomato & basil gives a sweet & a bit sour taste which i like. Then dip the sourdough bread in the sauce..yum! The Classic American Burger is a quarter pounder, served with cheddar cheese, mushroom & bacon. The owner Consul Joseph Assad of Lebanon recommends to press the burger down so that all of the juices of the patty, bacon & mushroom are absorbed into the sourdough bun. The patty was tender & juicy. The bacon add a salty & crunchy texture. The mushroom add an earthy taste. The mildly sour taste of the crunchy sourdough bun really goes well with the patty, mushroom & bacon. The Pamplona is a 12″ sourdough pizza with Jamon Serrano, Spanish Spicy Chorizo, Arugula, Cherry Tomato & Lemon dressing. Its a thin pizza with a little crunch, has a chewy & tasty dough. I like this pizza. It has a meaty & salty texture because of the chorizo & jamon serrano. The arugula add a peppery taste. The cherry tomato makes it sweet. The lemon dressing add a bit sour taste & makes it more flavorful. For dessert, the Mango Jubilee.. A signature dessert crepe with Mango, Orange & Rum topped with cream. It is cooked table side, so be prepared for a little fire show, flambe it is. Its a classic dessert which is sweet & a bit tart. | The resto has a black & white stripes motif & a casual elegant vibe.
