Peanut Butter Smores for Two. | Bringing people together with Good Food. The Chorizo & Goat Cheese Roll are crisp rolls stuffed with Spanish Chorizo & Goat Cheese served with chipotle sauce. Its crispy in the oustide, soft & creamy in the inside. The Spanish Chorizo add a rich & smoky flavor. It really goes well with the Goat Cheese which is salty & tangy at the same time. The chipotle sauce add a sour taste & makes the roll more flavorful. The Proscuitto Olive Pizzetas has kalamata olives with prosciutto ham garnished with mixed lettuce leaves. The Pizzetas were really good. The kalamata olives were smooth, slightly bitter taste & add a meaty texture to the pizzetas. The proscuitto has a sweet-salty taste & makes the pizzetas more savory. The lettuce has a buttery taste & add a crisp texture. The goat cheese was creamy, rich & tangy which makes the pizzetas so yummy. By the way, Pizzetas are mini pizza with big toppings. The Cowboy Burger has applewood-smoked bacon, cheddar cheese with onions & barbecue sauce served with sweet potato fries. The patty was thick, tender & juicy. The bacon add a salty & smoky flavor to the burger. The onions makes the burger sweet. The barbecue sauce add a spicy-sweet-tart flavor & makes it more tasty. The sweet potato fries were really yummy. Its crispy, soft in the inside & sweet. The Frozen Lime Souffle is a lime infused frozen souffle, garnished with candied lime & walnut powder. Its light, airy & refreshing. The candied lime has a bitter sweet-tart taste. The walnut powder add a velvety-crumbly texture to the souffle. The Peanut Butter Smores has layers of peanut butter, marshmallow cream, fudge sauce, topped with marshmallows served with scratch made graham crackers. It has the right amount of sweetness, creamy & nutty in flavor. The combination was perfect. Its crisp, soft & chewy. | Great comfort food & nice ambiance. Its a bit pricey but the food is good for sharing.
