Tim Ho Wan

Tim Ho Wan. Hong Kong’s Most Famous Michelin Star Dimsum. | Baked Bun with BBQ Pork. Steamed Egg Cake. Vermicelli Roll with Pig’s Liver. Spinach Dumpling with Shrimp. Rice with Beef & Fried Egg. Tonic Medlar & Osmanthus Cake. | The Cheapest Michelin Star Dimsum now in Manila! The Baked Bun with BBQ Pork is one of the Big 4 Heavenly Kings & their bestseller. Its crispy in the outside soft in the inside, buttery, not oily & served fresh everyday. The pork was tender & the sticky sauce add a sweet-salty taste. The Steamed Egg Cake was light, fluffy & a bit sweet. It taste like Puto (steamed rice cake). The Vermicelli Roll with Pig’s Liver was surprisingly good. The light soy sauce makes it more tasty. The vermicelli was soft. The pig’s liver was tender & has a mild flavor. The Spinach Dumpling with Shrimp was soft, tasty & the spinach add a slightly bitter taste. Then add some chili sauce for that extra kick. The Rice with Beef & Fried Egg is just like our Tapsilog but the HongKong version. The beef was very soft & not salty. The fried eggs makes the dish flavorful. They add some light soy sauce to add a slightly sweet taste. For dessert, the Tonic Medlar & Osmanthus cake.. Its a bit sweet & tart. A cold (herbal) dessert which is actually refreshing. | The ambiance was simple. As you look around you can see bamboo & dimsum baskets as part of the interior. The food was good & the price per dish is just less than P200..not bad at all! | Located at UG/F SM Megamall, Mega Fashion Hall, EDSA cor.
