The Duck Fat Fries is a Spiced Crisp Coat Fries & Garlic Crisped in Duck Fat, Herb & Parmesan. This is so good. The fries were crunchy, rich because of the parmesan & the garlic really add sweetness & pungent flavor to the fries. The Smoked Bacon Silog has a Smoked Slab Bacon, Poached Egg, Garlic-Herb Brown Rice, Radishes & Vinegar. I really like this. It has a smoky flavor, not salty & the egg makes the dish creamy & velvetlike texture. The radish & vinegar add a sweet & tangy flavor. The Old Fashioned Cheeseburger is a 1/3 pounder Angus Patty with Dijonaise, Cheddar, Pimenton Fries & Salad. The patty was perfectly cooked. Its tender & juicy. The bun is a soft bun, pan-grilled with butter. The bun was perfect with the patty.
