The Seared Jamon Serrano was so wonderful. It was sliced thinly & has a mild salty taste. The Spanish Chocolate makes it more savory. Sweet + Salty = Yummy! The grapes, olives & honeydew balances out the flavors of the jamon and chocolate. The Empanadas has spicy pulled pork fillings. Its crunchy in the outside, soft & compact in the inside. Its so tasty, not that spicy & the tomato sauce add a tangy taste to the empanadas. The Callos has beef tripe, ox skin, garbanzos & simmered in tomato sauce served with baguette & roasted vegetables. The beef tripe & ox skin were soft & tender. The garbanzos add a nutty flavor & slight crunch into the dish. The roasted vegetables makes it sweet & enhance the flavor of the callos. The tomato sauce was so savory & has the right thick consistency. You can ask for additional bread if you want and dip it to the sauce.
