Motorino Pizza

Motorino. Pizzeria•Napoletana. | Motorino Meatballs. Quattro Formaggi. Soppressata Picante. Brussels Sprout. Prosciutto Di Parma. Tiramisu. | New York City’s best pizza now in Manila. The Motorino Balls are tomato braised pork meatballs. Its soft & tender. The tomato sauce gives a sour taste & makes it more tasty. The Quattro Formaggi has Fior di latte, Pecorino, Gorgonzola & Provolone cheese. Fior di latte is a type of Mozzarella. Its soft & milky in taste. The provolone add a mild & smoky taste. The pecorino cheese makes the pizza salty. Then adding gorgonzola which is creamy & has a strong flavor. The Soppresatta Picante has Tomato sauce, Fior de latte, Spicy Soppresatta, Fresh Chillies, Garlic, Oregano, Pecorino & E.V. Olive Oil. I like this pizza. The soppressata is an Italian spicy salami & makes the pizza more flavorful. Its rich in pork flavor, spicy & a natural substitute for pepperoni. The Brussels Sprout has Fior de latte, Garlic, Pecorino, American Bacon & E.V. Olive Oil. It was just ok. The bacon is fatty, a bit salty but not as tasty like a crispy bacon. The brussels sprouts add a bitter taste to the pizza. The Prosciutto Di Parma has Fior di latte, Prosciutto, Pecorino, Arugula & E.V. Olive Oil. The pecorino & prosciutto is not a good partner for me..because it makes the pizza too salty. The arugula gives a nutty-peppery taste. For dessert, Tiramisu.. Its sweet, light, soft, moist, chocolaty-coffee in taste & really melts in your mouth. | The interior is nice. The tin ceilings with red lamps plus the bridge road which makes an optical illusion is extraordinary. Its an open kitchen which you can see how your pizza is prepared & cooked. Motorino’s Authentic Neapolitan Pizza: Soupy Center, Simple & Sparse Toppings, the Leopard Spotted Crust which gives a charred texture & extra flavor. Lastly, How to eat your pizza? The Fold, pick up your slice of pizza, fold it in the center & dive right in. Or with a fork & knife. | Located at 3/F Greenbelt 3, Makati Ave. corner Esperanza St., Ayala Center, Makati City.
