Maria Luisa’s Garden Room

Maria Luisa’s Garden Room. A Secret Garden Resto. | Cleopatra Salad. Canape. Grilled Salmon. Ciopino Seafood Bake. Valrhona Torte. | A French-Europian Cuisine. The Cleopatra Salad has lettuce, arugula, smoked ham, olives, capers, onions, tomatoes, mangoes & tuna dressing. The salad was so good. Its creamy & fresh. The smoked ham really compliments the sweetness of the mango. The lettuce & arugula were crisp. The combination of the olives, capers, onions, tomatoes, mangoes & smoked ham with the tuna dressing…delicious! The Canape is a pumpernickel bread with pork pate, lettuce, mayonnaise & cranberry sauce. Its light, a bit sweet & tart. A great way to start your meal while waiting your food to be served. The Grilled Salmon has bacon, mushroom, corn and served with asparagus risotto. The salmon was fresh & scrumptious. The bacon add a smoky flavor & crunchy texture to the dish. The mushroom makes it more meaty. The corn add a sweet & nutty flavor. The asparagus risotto was creamy & tasty. The Ciopino Seafood Bake has salmon, red snapper, clams, crab claw, shrimp & tomatoes. I like this… The seafood was fresh & perfectly cooked. The tomato sauce was so flavorful & a cup of rice is not enough.
