The Strawberry Mango Jubilee is a crepe lightly stewed with mango, strawberry and kiwi in orange rum sauce topped with vanilla ice cream. This crepe is a bit tangy because of the kiwi & strawberries, and that orange rum sauce give a sweet orangy taste to the crepes. The vanilla ice cream really blends with the flavor of the crepes and also add a balance of sweet & creamy texture on it. The Mango Hazelnut Au Chocolat is a chocolate crepe with fresh mangoes, hazelnut spread, caramel, sliced almonds and whipped cream. This crepe is so delish! The mango really blends well with the hazelnut spread & caramel sauce. The chocolate crepe add a bitter taste into it, the whipped cream makes this dish more creamy & the almonds add a crunch into it. Lastly, the Super Christine..is the upgrade of La Christine. It has fresh strawberries, homemade strawberry jam, whipped cream and some homemade bittersweet chocolate. This gourmet crepe is a bit sourish because of the strawberries but the jam add a sweetness in it. When you add the chocolate plus the whipped cream…oh wow!
