The Hot Caramel Machhiato has vanilla syrup, milk, with espresso and caramel. It taste bitter-sweet because of the espresso & vanilla. The texture was velvety creamy because of the milk. It has a mild buttery caramel flavor. The Iced White Chocolate Mocha has espresso, milk & chocolate flavored sauce. It has the intense flavor of espresso but it doesnt have the sweet luscious creamy taste of the white chocolate.
