Chef Laudico Guevarra’s . Filipino Buffet. The restaurant is an old spanish house transformed into a cozy dining place. | Blockbusters were Angus beef kare-kare. Pork liempo in san miguel pineapple humba. Spicy crabs. Caramel fountain & Latik fountain..yes its latik not chocolate. Lechon (not in the picture). | The angus beef is good. Its soft & really melts in your mouth. Whatever you do with crabs..fry, steam, grill, with sauce..yum! The humba quite interesting…its a visayan dish. Its sweet with a balanced taste of soy sauce & i think instead of rice wine or fish sauce they use beer. And there is a taste of star anise in it. The dessert…the latik fountain… I liked it especially with fruits specifically pineapple.
