The Triple Caviar Cheesecake has egg salad, garlic cream cheese & 3 different kinds of fish roe. A perfect appetizer to start your meal. Its smooth, tasty, very addictive & not fishy at all. The Tomato, Mozzarella, Pesto Panini was simple but healthy & flavorful. I really like the crispiness of the ciabatta. The juiceness of the tomato really add a sweet taste. The mozzarella was fresh, soft, has an elastic texture & add a sweet-delicate flavor. The pesto makes it salty & earthy taste. A simple dish but very yummy. The Spinach & Goat’s Cheese French Omelette is a healthy dish because its all egg white with spinach & goat’s cheese. The goat’s cheese has a unique & earthy taste. The spinach add a slightly bitter taste. The egg was very soft, light, delish & perfectly cooked and folded. | Chef Gregory Guy studied at Le Cordon Bleu and finished a Cuisine Diploma for 9 months. After that he had an internship in a two Michelin star restaurant at Paris & New York. Then he came back here in the Philippines and decided to sell Cheesecakes… Located at 2/F Eastwood Mall, Eastwood Cyberpark, Quezon City.
