Breakfast & Pies. All-Day Breakfast. | Kitayama Wagyu Beef Sirloin Tapa. Huevos Rancheros. Apple Gruyere Pie. Key Lime Pie. | Oh Yes! The most important meal of the day. The Kitayama Wagyu was served with garlic kimchi fried rice, six minute egg and atchara. This was actually good. Its the version of our tapsilog but different. I like it. The tapa was tender and the kimchi rice was perfect for this dish. The atchara really add a tangy flavor plus the six minute egg makes it more delicate & flavorful. The Huevos Rancheros has zuchinni, eggplant, sweet potato, beans, tomato, bacon, chicken skin, bell peppers, cheddar cheese, ricotta cheese, cilantro, eggs & italian sausage. Huevos Rancheros- Spanish for “eggs ranch-style”. This is a traditional Mexican breakfast that is known as one of the tastiest ways to eat egg. Its very tasty, peppery & the vegetables makes this dish a healthy breakfast meal. The cheese makes it creamy and the sausage, bacon & chicken skin add a meaty texture. For dessert, the Apple Gruyere.. This dessert was so savory. The apple was perfectly cooked. The crust was crunchy. The gruyere add a creamy, nutty, sweet & slightly salty flavor to the pie. The cheese was perfect for this dessert. Yum! Lastly, the Key Lime Pie… Its tart, sweet, rich & very refreshing. Wow! I love it!
