The Boss Sherose’s Burger has Ox Blend patty, crisp Bacon strips, fresh red Tomatoes, white Onions, crisp Lolla Rosa Lettuce, Pickles, Ketchup & Mustard, Mozzarella Cheese & Jalapeño Ranch on a Brioche Bun. The OX Blend patty is a blend of Flank, Oxtail & Rib Eye. The patty is perfectly cooked, juicy & umami in taste. The brioche bun is buttery & really goes well with the beefy patty. The bacon add a crisp texture & salty taste. The jalapeño ranch & mozarella cheese makes the burger more delicious. The Boss Lek’s Burger has Steak Cut patty, fresh red Tomatoes, white Onions, crisp Lolla Rosa Lettuce, Pickles, Ketchup, Mustard & Mayonnaise on a Sesame Seed Bun. The Steak Cut is a blend of Sirloin & Chuck. This perfect lean & fat beef patty is rich, juicy & tender. Even without the cheese the patty is flavorful. Its is best paired with mustard, mayonnaise, yellow cheddar & blue cheese. For dessert, how about Red Velvet Caked Shake?! It has vanilla ice cream, red velvet cake topped with whipped cream & cake crumble. Its rich, sweet, velvety & bizarrely good. | 8 Cuts Burger Blends in Serendra has a nice, modern & casual vibe. Its an open kitchen so you’ll see how your burger is prepared & cooked. The Beef Patties are custom-blended in 5 different ways (house blend, beef bomb, ox blend, big game & steak cut). It is house-ground with 8 cuts ( chuck, rib eye, short rib, sirloin, brisket, hanger, flank & ox tail ) of the best Beef and Lamb. You can choose their Classic Burger, Tributes Burger or you can make your own burger. You can upgrade your burger to 1/3 pounder & Pimp your Fries as well. If you’re a vegetarian they have Falafel Burger. My experience here is just superb!
