Stockton Place

Stockton Place. | Foie Gras Salad. Seared Scallops. Crisp Pork Belly. Chocolate Marquise. | The Salad was so good. The foie grass + mixed greens with pickled cocktail onion & peanut puree really compliments each other. Its not boring & very light. The scallops were cooked just right. It has lime creme fraiche, roasted peppers & a caramelized tomato tart. The caramelized tomato tart was sweet & sourish at the same time. For me, its like eating a pasta but without the noodles…very interesting, yummy & too pretty to eat. The pork belly has cherry pork sauce, onion puree & pommery mashed potatoes. The meat was perfectly cooked..moist & crunchy because of the skin. The sauce with the puree plus the mashed potatoes…full of flavor. Wow! Lastly, the dessert! I love how they plate it. Its like a garden full of goodies. I really liked it. The dark chocolate with the creme angalise, almond tuile plus the fresh berries..sweet, tart, bitter & crunchy at the same time. Yummy! | The place is small, classy, cozy & has a modern design. I really like the presentation of food (plating). Its better to reserved one week in advance just to make sure you have a seat.
