Kasbah

Kasbah. A Moroccan cuisine. | Hummus Calamata (chickpea & tahini puree blended with chopped olive). Watermelon, feta & olive salad. Mixed platter brochette (shrimp, chicken, fish & beef kebabs served with pita bread). Chutney (condiments). Baklava. Hot moroccan mint tea. | I like the hummus. It has smooth consistency & a bit spicy. They served it with pita bread in a basket to keep it warm. The watermelon salad was amazing. Its very simple but yummy. The kebabs were delish! Perfectly grilled, juicy & goes well with the chutney. Oh! The baklava! Its is made of layers of phyllo pastry filled with chopped nuts like walnuts & pistachio, sometimes sweetened or topped with honey. Its very rich & sweet. It really goes well with the moroccan mint tea!
