Of course with this joyful festivities, Crystal Jade Dining In brings us an elegant spread of bestsellers featuring items that are served in Crystal Jade Goleden Palace such as Suckling Pig, Baked Prawn with Salted Egg Yolk and Deep Fried Spare Rib with Vinegar. This shows the mark of unparalleled quality control maintained across the Crystal Jade outlets.

Baked Prawn with Salted Egg Yolk. It is made of live prawns and coated with rich salted egg yolk mixture. This is sinfully good Jumbo Prawns in  rich velvety sauce made from salted egg yolk, yum!

Deep fried Spare Ribs with Vinegar. A crisp spare ribs tinged with hints of sweet and tang. This is perfect with rice.
