Deep Fried Halo-Halo. | Something Old..Something New.. The Jalapeño Crunch is a Cheesy Jalapeño Balls that explodes in your mouth. Its the new Dynamite. Its a bit crunchy in the outside, soft in the inside, mildly tangy & the jalapeño add a kick into it which is sooo good. The Tokwat Lengua a deep fried Tofu with Lengua (Ox Tongue) served with our special sauce. The crispy tofu really goes well with the tender ox tongue & the sauce makes it more flavorful. The Creamy Pinakbet Pisto with Bangus (Milkfish) Belly a mixed vegetables in pisto sauce infused with young coconut milk topped with bangus belly. Its healthy, tasty & so creamy. This dish is usually topped with Lechon Kawali but the Bangus belly add a unique taste..yum! The mornay sauce makes it rich & delightful. The Strawberry Beef Tapa a seared marinated beef tossed in strawberry sauce. The beef is tender. The strawberry sauce add a sweet, mildy tart taste. A simple dish but very tasty. For dessert, Deep Fried Halo-Halo… Its not your ordinary Iced Halo-Halo. A sweet, warm, crisp Turon with red mung beans, gulaman & other sweetened fruit wrapped in spring roll wrapper. The Ube Ice Cream add a cool yummy treat. | A hidden restaurant in San Juan which offers Filipino food with a twist. As you enter the resto you’ll be amazed of its Old Spanish-Filipiniana interior. Its an old house turned into a resto. The menu is kinda cool..its a tablet complete with pictures & description. They have limited parking space. Great Food, Good Service & highly recommended for family bonding & balikbayans.
