The Batangas Beef Tapa is a Batangas beef sirloin cured in Ally’s secret blend of herbs and spices served with Garlic Rice, Sunny-side up eggs, Tomato Salsa & Iced Tea. The tapa was sweet, salty & savory. If you want, you can put some vinegar to make it more tasty. The Lucban Longganisa is a petite garlicky pork sasuages from Quezon served with Garlic Rice, Sunny-side up eggs, Tomato Salsa & Iced Tea. The longganisa was garlicky & slightly sour. Then add some spicy vinegar to make it more flavorful. Both Breakfast Meals were good especially with garlic rice & sunny-side up eggs. The D.I.Y Pancakes & Waffles… The Boom Panes Pancake.. Its a whole wheat pancake topped with strawberries, blueberries, country apple, nutella, crushed grahams & whipped cream. The pancakes were soft & a bit moist. The toppings add a sweet & tangy taste. | What i like about Ally’s is that you can make your own Pancakes & Waffles. You’ll be given a form to fill out. First, pick your base: pancake or waffle. Second, choose your flavor: classic, chocolate, cinnamon or whole wheat. Third, get as many toppings as you want: cream cheese, banana, nutella, ice cream & more. Fourth, select your syrup & dairy: maple, strawberry, chocolate or caramel..and dairy: butter or whipped cream. Fifth, add-ons, maybe? bacon, sausages or scrambled eggs. Lastly, name your pancakes or waffles. A small resto with a homey, bright & happy vibe.
