Held annually at the elegant and one-of-a-kind venue, this year’s salvo will prove to be even more special since it will coincide with Buddha-Bar’s global celebration of its brand’s 20th year anniversary. During the festivities, Buddha-Bar Manila will be starring none other than globally-renowned mixology wizard Matthias Giroud. Serving also as Buddha-Bar World’s Chief Bar Manager, Matthias will be on his own element and is primed to dazzle the crowd with his world-class techniques and captivate them with his latest signature concoctions. The best part of it is that for only PHP 1,000 (PHP 800 for students), guests can enjoy all 10 of Matthias’ creations. That’s a PHP 100 for each drink! It’s not every day you get your drinks prepared by a world-renowned mixologist as well.
At the young age of 18 years old, Matthias began his iconic career at the legendary Barfly in Paris. It wasn’t long before he became one of the most recognized mixologists in the world while carrying the flag of Buddha-Bar World. Since then, he has been regularly putting on a show in each of the 25 branches of Buddha-Bar located in key cities around the globe such as Paris, Dubai, Mykonos, Marakech, Moscow, and more. Each adventure leads him to discover new flavors which he turns into extraordinary liquid masterpieces and provides him an opportunity to elevate his craft to another level.
