The Fresh Egg Salad and Salmon Sandwich has scrambled egg, ricotta cheese, twice smoked salmon, smoked aioli, wild rocket on a squid ink bun with kale chips. Absolutely good sandwich. The scrambled egg has a creamy consistency & moist. The ricotta cheese add a slighlty sweet flavor. The twice smoked salmon was soft & add a salty taste to the sandwich. The smoked aioli really goes well with the flavors of the sandwich. The wild rocket add a slightly bitter flavor, peppery & nutty taste. The squid ink bun has mild flavor & melds well with the salmon & egg. The kale chips has a crunchy texture & feels like a potato chips. The Tofu Steak and Eggs is a pan seared tofu with fried eggs, parmesan cheese & shitake mushrooms. The taste was surprisingly good. It really taste like steak. It doesnt break when you cut it. Its spicy, soft & tender. The eggs add a creamy velvety texture & balances the flavors. The parmesan cheese makes it slightly salty & nutty in flavor. The shitake mushrooms add a meaty texture & earthy taste. The Summer Cold Brew Coffee has Yardstick Cold Brew Coffee, rosemary infusion & full cream milk. Its a new taste. At first it taste like coffee with ginger but after a while you can taste the rosemary. The full cream milk add a slightly sweet-creamy taste. The Yardstick Cappuccino, my all time favorite. You can really taste the espresso with added steaemed milk & has a richly appealing-velvety texture. | They served comfort food but with more delightful twists. The place was comfortable with traditional & contemporary elegant look where you can enjoy your Brunch & Dinner.
