Todd English Food Hall

Todd English Food Hall. New York-Manila. | Brooklyn Style Spaghetti Polpetini. Fig & Prosciutto Flatbread Pizza. OMG Chocolate Cake. | Fresh ingredients with a communal atmosphere. The Brooklyn Style Spaghetti Polpetini was Todd English creation. Its like spaghetti with meatballs but a different one. The sauce was superb. It has the right amount of sweet & sour taste. The noodles were cooked al dente. The meatballs were very good. It has pork, beef & veal. Its soft, tender & tasty. The Fig & Prosciutto Flatbread Pizza has Fig Jam, Gorgonzola, Rosemary, Prosciutto & Scallions. The flatbread pizza has a sweet & salty taste that really goes well with each other. Its crunchy & the fig jam add a sweet taste. The gorgonzola add a buttery, salty taste. The rosemary makes it pungent. The prosciutto was mildly salty & delicate. The scallions add a mild onion taste. For dessert, the OMG Chocolate Cake. Its a Lava Cake with Dark Chocolate Ganache Paint topped with Salted Caramel Ice Cream, Milk Chocolate Ganache, coated Milk Chocolate Milo Cereals & sprinkled some Sea Salt on top. Truly a heavenly dessert. The milo cereals really add a crunch. The lava cake was moist & rich. The combination of sweet & salty flavors was A-ok. | You’ll be suprised when you enter the food hall. It looks like a buffet resto but its not. They will give you a menu to choose what you like from their 9 culinary food stations (ala carte style). Food stations: Salad & Charcutterie, Raw Bar, Sushi Bar, Wine & Bar, Asian, Pasta, Pizza, the Grill and Dessert & Bread station. As part of the interior, they have a corner retail store for gourmet items, where you can purchase some herbs, coffee, sugar, spices, cook books & more. What i like about the food hall is that you can really see how they prepare your food. Amazing ambiance and Good Food because they prepare it fresh & its “best enjoyed shared, pass around the table”. I will come back here to try the other food stations & this time with my family & friends. | Located at 5/F SM Aura Premier, McKinley Parkway cor. 26th St., Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Metro Manila.
