The Belly Good Sisig Tacos are perfectly cooked crispy pork belly made to a local favorite sisig, wrapped in tortilla with asian soy garlic. Roll it like a soft taco, take a bite…boom…its chewy, crispy & flavorful. The asian soy garlic makes it more savory. The Vineyard Pizza has roasted garlic spread, tomato confit, Pancetta, Mozzarella, grapes & fresh basil. A must try pizza! The roasted garlic spread makes it sweet & garlicky. The tomato confit add a sweet-tart flavor. The Pancetta add a slightly salty flavor. The mozzarella makes it creamier & cheesier. The grapes add a sweet, crunchy, juicy, velvety texture. The basil has a sweet-strong flavor & aroma. The crust was soft & crunchy at the same time. The Jack & Coke Bbq Ribs has coleslaw, Jack & Coke Bbq sauce, grilled buttered corn & sweet potato fries. The meat from the ribs was soft & tender. Sarap (yummy) to the bones! The sauce add a sweet & smoky bbq taste. The coleslaw balances out the flavors. The corn add a crunchy & sweet texture. The sweet potato fries was crisp, flavorful & really goes well with the ribs. For dessert, the Mango Pavlova. It has fresh mangoes, almond slivers, whipped cream & meringue. The mangoes were a bit sweet & sour. The almond slivers add a crunchy texture. The meringue was light, airy & not that sweet. Yummy dessert indeed! Lastly, their flavored beers… The aroma & taste of Raspberry was sweet. I like the Salted Caramel Beer. It has a slightly buttery caramel taste.
