The Diamond Ensaymada…their legendary Ube Ensaymada needs no introduction. Its light, fluffy, cheesy & has the right amount of sweetness. The Vanessa is made of pistachio macarons & fresh strawberries. The macarons were smooth, a bit moist, sweet & really melts in your mouth. The fresh strawberries add a tart & fruity flavor. The Strawberry & Crisp Hot Tea are ripe strawberries from the garden marry well with the creamy crunchy yoghurt crisps. This was a very good tea. The taste of the sweet berry flavor plus the creamy flavor of the yoghurt…wow! Its light & smooth.
