The Stuffed Medjool Dates has Malagos Farm Goat Cheese, Medjool Dates with Pistachio Jamon Serrano Crumbs & Honey Balsamic Syrup. A must try appetizer. The dates were chewy, soft & sweet. It really goes well with the creaminess of the goat cheese. The goat cheese add a crumbly texture & a light acid flavor. The pistachio add a distinct flavor & a crunch. The jamon serrano makes it sweet, salty & smoky. The honey balsamic syrup balances all the flavors. Its sweet & sour at the same time. The Fondue Burger is an Angus Burger on Brioche, pickled mustard green, cheddar mornay & mushrooms served with fries. The patty was savory, tender & juicy. The brioche bun has a buttery & light texture. The pickled mustard green add a tangy flavor. The cheddar mornay was creamy & smooth. Its great over an open faced burger. The mushrooms add an earthy flavor. The Foie Gras Salpicao Silog has beef tenderloin & seared Foie Gras Salpicao with roasted garlic & sous vide egg. My oh my!!! The beef tenderloin was tender, juicy, peppery & a bit sour. The Foie Gras was rich in flavor & has a silky smooth texture. The roasted garlic add a sweet-garlicky taste. The sous vide egg add a creamy-velvety texture. For dessert… The Triple Salted Caramel was light, a bit moist & has the right amount of sweetness. The buttery flavor of the caramel plus with salt…oh wow! An Eclair is an oblong pastry filled with cream & topped with icing. Both Eclairs were good. Its simple & light. Hmmm… Well, i have to choose one.. I love the chocolate eclair. Its smooth, a bit sweet & very yummy. | Its really about “having fun with everyday gastronomy”. The food they create were yummy, frisky & with a twist. They have cute interior as well.
