Ruby Jack’s Steakhouse and Bar
From the moment we walked in until we finished our dinner, the food and ambiance at Ruby Jack’s Steakhouse and Bar was amazing. A classic steakhouse and bar located in City of Dreams Manila and a franchise concept from Japan.
Now, If you will ask me which food items or dishes is/are a must try, let me share with you some of the dishes we ate.
Sizzling Scallops
It has Black Garlic and Butter Lemon. Well, I love scallops. It is cooked beautifully and that garlic and lemon butter really goes well with it.
Japanese Boutique Sugar Tomatoes
Its fresh, sweet and the gorgonzola add a buttery and quite salty taste on it. A perfect starter indeed!
Teppan Fried Foie Gras
Who doesn’t love Foie Gras? A melt in your mouth texture, savory, rich and a bit buttery. Then add some caramelized apple candied nut crumble, truly delicious.
Premium A3 Saga Wagyu Sirloin
A famous Wagyu from Saga from the Southern Island of Kyushu, Japan. This is absolutely amazing. Believe me, it really melts in your mouth.
Tomahawk
The perfect medium rare bone-in steak was cut beautifully and incredibly delicious.
Of course to complete our steak experience, we have to match it with wine.
A perfect way to end our meal is of course some wonderful dessert.
Baked Cheesecake
A warm, moist baked cheesecake that comes with dayap curd and earl grey ice cream. A must try!
Buko Pandan
Ruby Jack’s take on Buko Pandan. I must say this one is really good. And if you happen to love Buko Pandan you have to order this.
Raspberry Chocolate Cake
The moment I taste it, I fell in love with it. This is perfect with coffee.
And look at the aftermath, we ate the desserts ravenously.
What I love about Ruby Jack’s besides from their awesome dishes is their open kitchen concept.
It is perfect for birthdays, family gathering or just a simple get together with friends.
