Recovery Food
Recovery Food. Restaurant/Cafe. | Hey Jude’s Paksig. S.S.T. ~ Spicy Sweet Tuyo. | “A comfort food, the Mamou way!” The Hey Jude’s Paksig is a Sarangani bangus belly cooked in a native vinegar broth served with organic brown rice & sunny-side up egg. The bangus belly was very flavorful. Its a bit sour because of the vinegar but its really yummy. The Spicy Sweet Tuyo has salted dried fish served with brown rice & sunny-side up egg. Its too salty for me but when you dip it into the vinegar & add some pickled mango… Oh yum! The eggs for both meal really balances the flavor of the dish. It also add a creamy-velvety texture. The brown rice makes it healthy & yummy. | They are open 24/7 (all day everyday). The place is small but the food is good. I will definitely come back here to try their Barcia’s Strip & ofcourse the desserts. | Located at G/F Crossroads 32nd st corner 8th ave., Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
