Ramen Nagi. Known as Butao in HongKong. | Limited King. Butao King. | The best Ramen indeed! My Limited King is the shrimp tonkotsu broth. It has extra hard noodles, pork belly, garlic, green onion, special sauce, kikurage, 1 spicy (level of fire sauce), extra tamago and seaweed. My hubby’s Butao King is the pork broth. It has extra hard noodles, pork belly, garlic, cabbage, kikurage, 1 spicy (level of fire sauce) & extra tamago. | The Limited King was savory, a bit spicy & you can really taste a little shrimp flavor. I like my noodles extra hard & they were cooked al dente. The tamago add a creamy velvety texture. The seaweed (nori) makes it more tasty. The pork belly was tender & yummy.
