The Foie Gras Mousse has caramelized apple & coffee-baileys foam. Oh my… So delicious! The foie gras was smooth, creamy & savory. The arugula makes it peppery. The apple add a sweet flavor & crunchy texture. The coffee-bailey foam makes it more flavorful. It add a chocolatey taste to the foie gras. The Foie Wagyu Burger served with roasted potatoes & romesco sauce. The patty was tender, thick & delectable. The sesame bun was perfectly toasted. The roasted potatoes was crunchy in the outside, soft, starchy & sweet in the inside. The romesco sauce add a tangy & spicy flavor to the potatoes. A perfect partner with the burger. The Inside Out Cannelloni has wagyu & smoked aubergine. The aubergine add a smooth texture. Its rich, tasty & really goes well with the wagyu. Lastly, the Spanish Crispy Fried Dough served with warm chocolate & vanilla ice cream. The fried dough was crispy & sweet because of the sugar. Then dip it to the warm chocolate…oh…lala. It makes it bittersweet & yummy. The vanilla ice cream balances the flavor of the dough & chocolate. | A Spanish-Mediterranean Cuisine that serves good food with an imaginative twist to their dishes.
