Pink Panda

Pink Panda. South East Asian Diner. | Panda Buns. Dimsum and Then Some. Mango and Papaya Catfish. Panda’s Balls. | #WhereisPinkPanda. The Panda Buns is a Steamed Pork Buns with Mushrooms, Salted Egg & Siracha Hoisin. Its flavorful, soft & too cute to eat. The mushrooms add an earthy flavor. The salted egg makes it more tasty. You can add the hoisin to make it sweet & salty. The Dimsum and Then Some has Spicy Shrimp Dumplings, Pork Mushroom Shu Mai, Kuchay Shrimp Dumplings, Pumpkin and Shrimp Hakaw with Chili Garlic Ponzu sauce. Its a muti-colored dim sum which is tasty, soft & tender. The ponzu sauce add a spicy-citrusy flavor. The Mango and Papaya Catfish has Trio of Mangoes, Green Papaya, Pomelo, Shredded Catfish & Golden Shallots with Chili Lime Dressing. I like this one. Its refreshing, healthy, light & has a sweet, citrusy, slightly salty & spicy flavors. Though the catfish was bland but it gives a crunchy & chewy texture. The waiter/food attendant can mix the salad for you. For dessert, the Panda’s Balls a Black & White Sesame coated Buchi with Black Bean, Peanut Butter & Jelly and Dark Chocolate. At first it looks ordinary, but when you bite into it..my oh my..its chewy & delectable. | The menu was simple but with a twist. The ambiance is contemporary, modish & a nice place to hangout with your friends. Good food & service but the parking is arduous. | Located at Ground Floor Y2 Residence Hotel 4687 Santiago St. corner B. Valdez & Singian Sts., Makati, Metro Manila.
