The Tartine tomate mozarella has tomatoes, mozarella, basil, olive oil & a slice of freshly baked country bread served with seasonal side salad. This open sandwich was simple but so flavorful. It really goes well with the bread. The tomatoes were juicy & sweet. The mozarella was soft, sweet & delicate. The basil makes it more pungent. The olive oil makes it rich & add a fruity, buttery like flavor. The Omelete Complete is a large omelette with farmer’s ham, mushrooms & cheese served with mixed salad, Provencal tomato & sauteed potatoes. The omelette was fluffy & smooth. It is best paired with their croissant. The farmer’s ham was sweet, salty & smoky in flavor. The mushrooms add an earthy flavor. The cheese makes it a bit thick, cheesy & flavorful. The provencal tomatoes was juicy, sweet & savory. The potatoes makes it starchy & more earthy. For dessert… The Rhubarb Tart… The crust was crispy but the rhubarb…its too sour for me.
