The Rice Paper Rolls are filled with vermicelli, wood ear mushrooms, daikon, peanuts, fresh herbs & shrimp. The rolls were delicate & savory. It comes with two sauces, peanut & fish sauce. The peanut sauce makes it nutty & flavorful & the fish sauce add a salty taste. The Pho Bo is their version of the classic vietnamese beef soup with shaved US angus beef. Its light & tasty. The angus beef was tender. It has herbs..coriander, cilantro, thai basil, onions & beansprouts. You can add condiments like lime, hossein sauce & pickled garlic to your Pho Bo to make it sweet & sour. If you want it spicy add sriracha sauce. The Com Chien is the vietnamese style fried rice with chicken & prawns. Its delicious, has crisp texture & smoky flavor plus chicken and shrimp..yum! The Bun Bo Hue is a spicy pork & beef base broth with pork knuckle, braised beef & tendon. Like the Pho Bo the herbs is already inside the broth. All you have to do is customized it using the condiments to season your broth depending on your taste. For the Bun Bo Hue, you can add lime, fish sauce & pickled garlic. Its spicy & yummy. You can tone down the spicyness by adding hossein sauce. The lime & pickled garlic add a sour taste. The fish sauce makes it tasty that add a salty flavor. The pork knuckle, braised beef & tendon were all tender & delectable. The Chicken Satay has 5 spice, garlic & shallots. Its garlicky, spicy & tender. The Angus Beef Satay has garlic & shallots. Its soft, tender & delicious. Both satay really requires a rice. | Its originally from Cebu now in Manila. Its an open kitchen where you can see how your food is prepared. They serve good food, fast!
