Luna Specialty Coffee

Luna. Specialty Coffee. | Chicken Tocino. Corned Beef Tapa. Leche Flan Yema. Key Calamansi Pie. Inutak Ube Pandan. Piccolo Mocha. | Coffee paired with Filipino Food. The Chicken Tocino on Asato Rice served with Egg. Its tender & sweet. The asato rice really compliments the chicken tocino. The egg add a creamy-velvety texture to the dish. The Corned Beef Tapa on Crispy Pork Rice served with Egg. Its tender & not that salty. It really goes well with the pork rice. The vinegar brings out the flavor of the corned beef tapa. The egg add a smooth creamy texture. For dessert… Their Kakanin Shots…a traditional Filipino dessert served with a thin layer of chiffon cake served in espresso shots. First, the Leche Flan Yema. Its not that sweet, smooth & soft. The Inutak Ube Pandan was sweet, soft & had this velvety feel. Lastly, their Pie Cups…tradional American Pies, baked & prepared using local produce & ingredients, served in coffee cups. The Key Calamansi Pie was tart, rich & the crushed graham cookies on topped add a crunchy texture to the dessert. For their Coffee… I tried the Piccolo Mocha. It has an intense flavor, sweet, smooth & chocolatey. They use a shot glass not the usual mug or paper cup which was actually astounding. | A small coffee shop at BGC that serves good coffee & food. Pinoy dishes with a twist that really goes well with their coffee. Its a nice & cozy place with acoustic music playing in the background. | Located at G/F NAC Bldg., 32nd St., Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, Metro Manila.
