The Smoked Salmon Salad has mixed greens, norwegian smoked salmon, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, herb croutons & dill ranch dressing. The mixed green were crisp & fresh. The salmon add a meaty, creamy & smoky flavor to the salad. The cucumber & cherry tomatoes were sweet. The croutons add a crunchy texture. The dressing was creamy & really goes well with the salmon. The Buttermilk Fried Chicken is a boneless chicken breast served with honey glazed cornbread, country gravy & cajun honey. Its simple but so good. The chicken is fried to golden brown perfection. Its tasty, juicy, tender & crunchy. Dip it with gravy or cajun honey to add sweet & spicy taste to the chicken. Its perfect with honey glazed cornbread which was savory, light & a bit sweet. For dessert, the Checkered Cake a red velvet cake & chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting. Its moist, rich & has the right amount of sweetness. | The service was good. A comfort food, indeed! I will definitely come back here to try their Chorizo Gambas, Pork & Potato strips and Shrimp Po’Boy sandwich. | Located at 5th Level, East Wing, Shangri-la Plaza Mall.
