The Joe’s Signature Burger has Black Sesame Brioche Bun, Angus Beef, lettuce, tomato, onion jam & Bacon. The patty was thick, juicy & tasty. The brioche bun gives a buttery flavor. The onion jam makes it sweet. The bacon gives a slight salty flavor & really makes it sinfully good. The Truffle Mushroom Burger has Black Sesame Brioche Bun, Angus Beef, lettuce, tomato, cheese & mushroom. The patty was tender, juicy & delightful. The mushroom makes it more savory. I like how it is cheesy but i cant taste the truffle. Both burgers served with fries. It had a good flavor. Its crispy but soft in the inside. | Its a shipping container converted into a small eatery. The menu was very simple. They serve hotdogs, fries, buffalo wings & rice option as well. They have limited parking space (street) so patience is a must. | Located at La Fuerza Plaza Compound, Don Chino Roces Avenue, Pasong Tamo, Makati City.
