Hanamaruken Ramen

Hanamaruken Ramen. Authentic taste of Osaka’s favorite Ramen. | Salary Man Ramen. Pot Belly Ramen. Gyoza. | Blissfulness in a bowl! The Salary Man Ramen a Shoyu Tonkotsu ramen with Sliced Pork Shoulder and Aji Tamago. The Pot Belly Ramen a Shoyu Tonkotsu ramen with Roasted Pork Belly and Aji Tamago. Both Ramen were good. Its light, savory & flavorful. The Aji Tamago add a sweet, velvety-creamy taste. The Sliced Pork Shoulder was tender & tasty. The Roasted Pork Belly was sweet, soft & tender. You can add chili oil or chili powder to your ramen to add a spicy taste on it. Lastly, the Gyoza…also known as the Japanese Pan-Fried Dumplings. Like other Gyoza, it has ground pork, ginger & scallion. What makes it different from other Gyoza, it has 2 dipping sauce, Soy-Vinegar dip & Chili Oil dip. The soy-vinegar add tart taste and then dip it into the chili oil to give a spicy kick on it…its delighful! | The interior was nice, good food & service. I will come back here to try their signature ramen…the “Happiness Ramen”.
