Epicurious. Deli•Cafe•Culinary Studio•Bakery. | Cheese Platter. All Meat Sandwich. Mixed Greens. Kansas Pork Barbecue. Rainbow Cake. | “Satisfying Foodies”. The Cheese Platter has Spicy Chorizo Pamplona, Brie Cheese, Gruyere Cheese & Menindee Grapes. A great way to start a meal… The Spicy Chorizo Pamplona has a rich smoky flavor, spicy, hearty & smooth texture. The Brie Cheese was soft, creamy, buttery, rich & has this hazelnut flavor in the end. The Gruyere Cheese was hard, sweet, nutty, slightly salty, grainy texture & with a hint of fruity taste. Ofcourse, the Menindee Grapes…its sweet, slightly tart, seedless & crisp-firm flesh. Combine them all…party in my mouth! Yum! The All Meat Sandwich has Pastrami, Smoked Chicken Roast, Black Forest Ham, Padano Cheese & Brioche Bread. The pastrami add a nice flavor like corned beef but smoky in taste. The Smoked Chicken Roast add a sweet roasty flavor. The Black Forest Ham was delicate & rich in flavor. The Padano Cheese makes it creamy & add a slightly grainy texture to the sandwich. The Brioche Bread add a buttery flavor to the meat. Its meaty & yummy. The Mixed Green Salad in Citrus Dressing was refreshing, crisp, tangy & a perfect partner for the sandwich. The Kansas Pork Barbecue served with Mashed Potato. They used flavorful dry rub which is savory & a bit sweet. The meat was tender & a bit juicy. The mashed potato really goes well with the dish. For dessert, the Rainbow Cake…its colorful, moist, velvety, has the right amount of sweetness & luscious. | Its the first shop-and-dine deli, cafe & bakery with a Culinary Studio and a Council of Chefs who will create gourmet food for you. 7 easy steps: 1.)
